What is Bodylogix Rewards?
Bodylogix Rewards is a loyalty program designed to show our appreciation to our community. Earn stars automatically when shopping on bodylogix.ca and for special actions like referring friends or following us on Instagram. Check out our Bodylogix Rewards page to see a full list of rewards. Stars can be redeemed on bodylogix.ca.
Who can register for Bodylogix Rewards?
Anyone ordering from bodylogix.ca, excluding residents of Quebec can register for Bodylogix Rewards.
How do I register for Bodylogix Rewards?
To register for Bodylogix Rewards, simply create a Bodylogix account and you will be automatically enrolled. To create an account you can do one of two things.
- Click the account register button in the top righthand corner of your screen.
- Click the Join Now button in the Bodylogix Rewards app.
How do I access my dashboard in the Bodylogix Rewards app?
Simply log into your account via the website or the Rewards app and you will have full view of your Rewards dashboard.
How do I earn stars?
After you register for an account, you will earn 1 star for every $1 spent. For more ways to earn, click Ways to Earn in the Bodylogix Rewards app.
Where can I earn stars?
You can only earn stars through bodylogix.ca at this time.
Are there any earning exclusions?
Yes, there are exclusions. You cannot earn stars for shipping, taxes or online gift card purchases. Stars cannot be earned when using a discount or promo code during purchase.
Are there any earning blackout periods?
Can I collect or redeem Bodylogix stars when using other discounts or offers?
No. You cannot redeem or collect stars when using Bodylogix.ca promo codes, newsletter offers or affiliate discounts.
How do I redeem my Bodylogix stars?
When redeeming, 20 stars is the equivalent of $1. Simply select Ways to Redeem within the Bodylogix Rewards app, select the stars you would like to redeem and generate your discount code. Enter your code at check out and presto, discount applied. You will also receive an email notification.
Are there redemption limits?
No. You can redeem as many stars as you want. However, you must have 20 stars to redeem the minimum of $1.
Are there any redemption exclusions?
No. Your discount code will be applied to all items in your cart, including taxes, shipping and online gift cards.
Do I need to use the entire value of my generated discount code?
Yes, once you generate a redemption discount code, you must use the full amount at check out. Any unused amounts are forfeited. You are not required to convert all of your stars. You have up to 6 months to use your code once it has been generated.
Can I combine my redemption code with other discount codes?
No, discount codes cannot be combined with any other codes.
Do my stars expire?
Yes. Your stars will expire if your account is inactive for one-year. Inactive means you didn’t earn or use points for one full year.
What happens to my stars if I cancel my order?
If you placed an order and then cancel it, your stars will be refunded.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item your stars will be refunded.
What happens if the items I want to redeem my stars for are out of stock?
Stars can only be redeemed for items in stock. It is recommended to select items for purchase prior to generating your discount code to ensure availability. If you decide not to make a purchase once a discount code has been generated, it will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase for 6 months.
Do I receive the bonus 100 stars if I already have an account?
Yes, we will automatically attribute all current account holders with the 100 stars being offered during the promo period of September 15, 2020 – October 15, 2020.
Can I give my stars to someone else?
No. At this time points are linked to your account and cannot be transferred.
Does my discount code expire?
Yes. Once you redeem stars and a discount code is generated you have 6 months to use it.
Is my information kept private?
