Warm Berry Oatmeal
|1/2 cup||steel cut oats|
|1/2 cup||unsweetened almond (or cocnut) milk|
|1/2 cup||filtered water|
|1 tsp||true cinnamon|
|1 tsp||coconut oil|
|1 tsp||raw honey (optional)|
|1 scoop||Bodylogix® Natural Whey™ Vanilla Bean|
- In medium saucepan, combine oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
- Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Bodylogix® Natural Whey™. Stir until combined.
- Pour oatmeal in bowl and top with a mixture of fresh berries.
