Warm Apple Protein Shake
|1 tbsp||maple syrup|
|1 tsp||chai spice|
|1 scoop||Bodylogix® Natural Whey™ Vanilla Bean|
|200 ml||water or milk substitute, such as almond, coconut, or cashew milk|
- Grate apple.
- Heat maple syrup and apple over medium heat until the apple is soft.
- Stir in chai spice.
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
