WARM APPLE PROTEIN SHAKE

INGREDIENTS

1/2 apple
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. chai spice
1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey™ Vanilla Bean
200 ml water or milk substitute, such as almond, coconut, or cashew milk

RECIPE

  1. Grate apple.
  2. Heat maple syrup and apple over medium heat until the apple is soft.
  3. Stir in chai spice.
  4. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
