Festivus Protein Chocolate Bark



½ cup coconut butter

⅓ cup coconut oil

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup Bodylogix® Vegan Protein Chocolate

3 tbsp raw cacao powder

¼ cup chopped pistachios

¼ cup pomegranate seeds



  1. Melt coconut butter and coconut oil in a small pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally so not to burn.
  2. Once melted whisk in protein powder, and cacao until smooth. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before adding in maple syrup.
  3. Line a pan with parchment and then pour mixture into an even flat layer topping with pistachios, pomegranate, and a sprinkle of salt.
  4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour before breaking into pieces and placing in to an airtight container and storing in the fridge or freezer.
