Chocolate Overnight Protein Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

1 medium sized mason jar (or any glass jar that seals)
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 tsp  chia seeds
2 tbsp  organic vanilla yogurt
6 tbsp unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk
1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
1 scoop  Bodylogix® Natural Whey™ Decadent Chocolate or Vegan Protein™ Chocolate Flavour

TOPPINGS

chopped dried figs or apricots
chopped walnuts
fresh strawberries
fresh bananas
 fresh blueberries

RECIPE

  1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Stir well and place in refrigerator overnight.
  2. In the morning, place desired toppings on and enjoy.
