1 Mitsu or Granny Smith apple (cored)
1 frozen banana
1 thumb ginger
1 tbsp almond or cashew butter
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Nut Milk of choice
Place apple, banana, ginger, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, protein powder, and a few ice cubes in a high-speed blender.
Add almond milk into the blender and fill until 2 cups mark.
Process on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into your cup and enjoy.
